International Supply Chain Specialist (China)
Key Responsibilities:
:: Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic suppliers in China, aligned with company sourcing targets;
:: Identify and assess sourcing opportunities based on cost competitiveness, technical quality, and market dynamics;
:: Influence and recommend commercial opportunities to technical and procurement teams in Brazil;
:: Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of suppliers and opportunities;
:: Monitor market trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities;
:: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Desired Profile:
:: Experience in supplier development, negotiation, and techno-commercial analysis within supply chain or international trade;
:: Fluent Mandarin and English; Portuguese is a plus;
:: Strong knowledge of the Chinese supplier market, preferably in industrial or oil & gas sectors;
:: Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills;
:: Strong influencing and communication skills with technical and commercial stakeholders;
:: Availability for international travel, including trips to Brazil.
